Exclusively through ABC Supply Co., Inc., Norandex offers the highest quality residential and light commercial products to professional builders and contractors. Our product line is ideal for remodeling, new construction, and light commercial projects. Our Easy Claims Process
1. INSPECTION: Full roof Inspection with damage documentation.
2. CLAIM SUBMISSION: Call your insurance claims department to file the claim. Tell them the type of damage and "Date of Loss".
3. ADJUSTER APPOINTMENT: Within 24-48 hours after claim submission you will get a call from adjuster to set up an appointment, which we will be there to show them where we spotted the damage.
4. CLAIM APPROVAL: If your claim is approved your insurance adjuster will send you a "Scope" which is a detailed report of the cost, materials
and coverage.
5. SCHEDULING: After the claim is approved we can schedule a date to complete the work. Typically within 1-2 weeks your New Roof will
be Installed.
6. PAYMENT: We never ask for any money up front! Only when the job is completed and you the customer is fully satisfied.
